The app consists of 24/7 access to curated content tailored to your specific situation. i.e. I am about to walk into the audition of my life i.e. I just got rejected from my dream job i.e. I don t know how to be myself on a date You will have a video pep talk that will talk you through these situations and offer an alternative perspective to seemingly bad situations, serve as a guide to center yourself before anxiety provoking situations, and learn to see the glass half full after you ve experienced something seemingly negative.
